Your Tough Conversations Coaches
Come and roleplay your tough conversation!

When we avoid the tough conversations….

  • emotions fester
  • it can feel like a weight on our chest
  • we feel disconnected from the person
  • people lose confidence in us, and our leadership
  • teams become dysfunctional

When we have the tough conversations, we….

  • feel good about speaking up
  • get something off our chest
  • grow as a person
  • increase our influence
  • get the results we want! (More love, more money, more peace)
  • feel closer to the other person
  • clear up conflict
  • inspire confidence in our leadership
  • bond as a team
